Position: Senior Product Manager
Working location: Budapest
Responsibilities:
- Functional leadership of the Product Management team across various geographical locations;
- Market analysis and competitive benchmarking, developing product concepts for latest technological developments;
- Management of product portfolio, internal customers and third party operators;
- Continuous improvement of existing products and development of new products;
- Definition of pricing logic and price levels based on market benchmarks;
- Development of the overriding product strategy for international carrier customers in line with the strategic targets;
- Creation of business case calculations and definition of KPIs for new and existing products;
- Monitoring of commercial performance per product and support of sales push activities;
- Provisioning of relevant data for planning forecast and actual performance;
- Definition, monitoring and improvement of production processes;
- Technical support for specific customer projects and meetings;
- Representation of sector in international gremia and presentation on international conferences.
Requirements:
- Technical degree (e.g. communications engineering, technical engineering, industrial engineering);
- 6-8 years working experience, at least 3 years relevant experience in product management in international telecommunication sector;
- Very good know-how regarding information and communication technology and international telecommunications markets;
- Proven track record working in an international environment across multiple disciplines and cultures;
- Strong focus on delivering results combined with a high level of conceptual and analytical abilities;
- Strong implementation expertise, being proactive and reliable;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal awareness to collaborate with a diverse set of people;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work towards goals in a complex, diverse and international environment with changing demands;
- Excellent English skills are mandatory; German is a plus.
